First of all, you can send us an e-mail describing your project and the services you require, including as detailed technical requirements as possible, such as poly limit, texture size, etc. The more information you provide, the better starting point we can get.
We then rely on a couple of short iterations of Q&A to ensure that we quickly get in line with your vision. With a full understanding of the project, we will estimate the size of the project team and the time it takes, and then write art guidelines.
Art production does not start, until we have made sure that we have gathered the appropriate reference material and our team have understood the art guidelines. We would like to ask feedbacks in the process, and update the art guidelines if we need it.
Various communication channels are adopted to ensure that we fully understand the requirements of our clients. During the production, clients' feedbacks are very important for us to maintain high quality. We always give prompt and timely respond to our current and prospective clients
In the production process, team members and leaders discuss with each other frequently and freely to spot any potential deficiencies and make improvement. We have a meeting periodically to review and reflect on the work we have done, exchange the experience and understanding, and provide solutions to each others.
